Katherine Oswald joined Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella as a partner in its wealth and succession planning, trust and estate litigation, and tax advisory services groups in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.
Oswald focuses her practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration and litigation, and tax matters, the firm said.
She also advises on business succession planning, charitable planning, asset protection, planning for digital assets, organizational planning, trust and will contests, and guardianship.
