Burr & Forman Brings Back Sam Grimes as Corporate Tax Partner

Sam Grimes joined Burr & Forman as a partner in its corporate & tax group in Birmingham, Ala., the firm announced Thursday.

Grimes counsels clients on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate governance, business formation and reorganization, and commercial contracting.

He served as chief legal officer and secretary of a national RV manufacturer, where he advised the company through a period of growth and expansion, the firm said.
