Business Tax Briefs: Duke Energy, EY Deal; Retailers Unhappy

Duke Energy Corp. and Ernst & Young LLP are partnering to help the utility handle tax issues; and the National Federation of Retailers wants the Internal Revenue Service to address the tax law’s qualified improvement property glitch.
