California CDTFA Interested Parties Meeting on Proposed Revenue Sharing, Reporting Regulation

The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration’s (CDTFA) Business Taxes Committee will be holding an interested parties meeting on Jan. 28 on the proposed adoption of Regulation 1808, Tax Revenue Sharing Agreement Reporting and Publication. The meeting is to consider whether the CDTFA should certify emergency Regulation 1808, amend subdivision (a)(7) to add four clarifying examples of offsets and payments required to be reported, two examples that don’t have to be reported, and amend subdivision (c)(1)(A) to change the email address provided for the Department’s Local Revenue Branch.
