Uranium miner Cameco Corp. is urging the Canada Revenue Agency to return C$480 million ($352 million) in withheld tax after an agreement to return a related C$300 million.
Cameco said Monday that past court rulings require the agency to refund all C$780 million ($571 million) the company has been seeking in a dispute over its transfer pricing transactions for the 2007-2013 taxation years.
