Chamberlain Hrdlicka has added Otto Timm to the international tax and tax planning and business transactions practices as well as Pearson Wolk to the tax planning and business transaction practice in Houston, the firm said Tuesday.
Timm focuses on federal international tax compliance issues and assists individuals with international income, estate, and gift tax planning, said Chamberlain Hrdlicka.
Wolk has served as a graduate editor of the Journal of Civil Law Studies and was a member of the Tax Law Society at Louisiana State University Paul M. Herbert Law Center, according to the firm.
