Paolo Rampulla joined Charles Russell Speechlys as a partner in its corporate tax practice in Milan, the firm announced Wednesday.
Rampulla advises on domestic and international tax matters across mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financing transactions, corporate reorganizations, and transfer pricing. His work supports cross-border matters involving corporates, investors, and business owners, the firm said.
He joins from ADVANT NCTM.
