Child Tax Credit Portal Slated for November Revamp, IRS Says

Child tax credit recipients will get new features in November for the program’s online portal, the Internal Revenue Service announced Friday.

Starting Monday, families will be able to update their income via the portal, and by the end of the month there will be a Spanish language option available, the agency said. The new features were intended to ensure accurate payments and to broaden the program’s reach by addressing potential language barriers.
