Coblentz Recruits Jacob Lager as Tax Partner in San Francisco

Jacob Lager has joined Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass as a partner in the tax practice in San Francisco, the firm said Monday.

Lager advises privately held businesses, individuals, and trusts on domestic and international taxation matters, according to Coblentz.

He also advises clients in federal, state, and local tax audits, appeals, and court actions of tax controversy, Coblentz said.
