CohnReznick announced a strategic combination with Richmond, Va., tax firm PIASCIK & Associates, the firm said Tuesday.
The PIASCIK team will bolster CohnReznick’s private clients services and international tax practices, the firm said.
The transaction also expands CohnReznick’s geographic footprint in the mid-Atlantic region, adding Richmond to its existing offices across Washington, Baltimore, Charlotte, and South Florida. The PIASCIK team officially joined CohnReznick on July 1.
