The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR) repealed a rule regarding the subtraction of wildfire mitigation measures from income tax. The rule is repealed because, effective Jan. 1, a taxpayer is unable to claim a subtraction pursuant to House Bill 24-1036. [Colo. Dep’t of Revenue, Reg. 39-22-104(4)(n.5), 09/12/25]
