Colorado Reinstates, Extends Exemption for Certain Heavy-Duty Motor Vehicles

The Colorado Governor signed a law reinstating and extending a sales and use tax exemption for certain heavy-duty motor vehicles, components, and parts in Colorado, from Aug. 1, 2025, until Jan. 1, 2034. The law also adjusts the bridge and tunnel impact fee schedule for state fiscal years 2025 through 2028. [S.B. 320, enacted 06/03/25]
