Connell Foley’s Taxation & Estate Planning Group has promoted four lawyers to partner and hired Sara Jane Holland as of counsel, the firm announced Wednesday.
Lawyers Mary Goldhirsch, Brittany Miano, Michael Mirone, and Karin Spalding were promoted to partner. Spalding, Goldhirsch and Miano focus on the administration of estates and trusts and Mirone focuses on sophisticated estate and gift tax planning, business succession planning and multi-generational wealth transfers, the firm said.
