A former chief financial officer of a storm drain construction contractor was found personally liable for more than $111,000 in sales and use taxes originally owed by the company, according to the California Office of Tax Appeals.
Boris Treyzon, the former CFO, was identified as a responsible person for the taxes from 2008-2012 in several communications, including emails, along with statements from previous officers of West Coast Storm Inc.
