Neither the IRS nor a former attorney from Chicago and his wife, suing over tax liabilities, have given the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin reason to stop their ongoing tax case.

Judge Brett H. Ludwig denied cross motions for summary judgment from both the IRS and David and Charmain Novoselsky, in their ongoing dispute over tax liabilities.
