CPA in $1.3 Billion Land Donation Fraud Case Seeks More Evidence

An indicted certified public accountant who is an alleged co-conspirator in a conservation easement tax shelter that generated over $1.3 billion in fraudulent deductions has called on a Georgia district court to rethink its decision barring evidence that he says would help show his innocence.
