Crypto User Revives Fight to Shield Coinbase Records From IRS

A crypto user who lost his battle over whether the IRS seizing his cryptocurrency records from Coinbase was unconstitutional has called on an appeals court to rehear the case.

James Harper filed a notice of appeal to the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit Tuesday, noting that he is intending to challenge a May loss at the US District Court for the District of New Hampshire, following the second dismissal of his case.
