Danish tax authorities have resolved dozens more claims in the $2.1 billion pension fund fraud investigation that is one of the largest in that nation’s history.
Skatteforvaltningen, or SKAT, submitted 27 proposed settlement agreements to the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on Oct. 13, saying it would drop claims against them once the agreements approved.
All of the settling plans are associated with Roger Lehman as an authorized representative. Lehman is connected to Bradley Crescenzo, a defendant with whom SKAT reached a settlement agreement Sept. 11, according to a statement from SKAT’s counsel, Hughes Hubbard ...
