The Delaware General Assembly enacted a law authorizing New Castle County to conduct a quality control review of commercial property in order to make revisions and corrections to previously made property assessments. The law took effect Feb. 11, and expires March 31, 2027. [S.S. 1 for S.B. 228, became law without signature 02/11/26]
