An Indiana plumbing company that failed to submit more than a decade’s worth of taxes must comply with an injunction meant to ensure it pays up, the Seventh Circuit said.
Bradley and Shirley Olson owe more than $300,000 in taxes for their proprietorship, Affordable Sewer Service. The IRS alleged the Olsons deducted withholding taxes from employees’ wages and kept the money, and often skipped paying their own income tax bill.
