Dickinson Wright Adds Tax Attorney Hale Stewart in Austin

Hale Stewart joined Dickinson Wright as of counsel in its captive insurance practice in Austin, Texas, the firm announced.

Stewart focuses his practice on insurance regulatory and tax matters in the captive insurance arena and counsels clients on the formation and management of captives. He assists clients with drafting feasibility studies, insurance policies, and corporate documents, and regularly interacts with captive service providers regarding ongoing compliance issues, the firm said.

He joins from Higginbotham Insurance.
