DirecTV, Dish Network Say They Never Owed Missouri Video Fees

An amendment clarifying that satellite television and streaming companies are exempt from video service provider fees doesn’t imply that the original law means DirecTV LLC and Dish Network Corp. owe fees for previous years, the companies told a Missouri state court.
