Disabled Veteran’s Widow Gets Maryland Property Tax Exemption

The widow of a disabled veteran is entitled to a property tax exemption and refund, the Maryland Tax Court announced Thursday.

An August 2024 letter from the Department of Veteran Affairs certifying the late Henri Hall was 100% disabled from service-related conditions is sufficient evidence to grant Dorine Hall the exemption, the unsigned order said.
