DOJ Tries to Balance Whistleblower Pilot With Company Compliance

Justice Department officials developing a whistleblower policy to pay white-collar tipsters are consulting with other agencies and outside attorneys to fill gaps and address concerns, said one of the initiative’s planners Thursday.
