Duane Morris Adds Kastrinakis, Migliori as Tax Vice Chairs

Anastasios Kastrinakis and Jennifer Migliori were appointed as co-vice chairs of Duane Morris’s tax division within the firm’s corporate practice group, the firm announced Thursday.

Kastrinakis practices in the areas of international, corporate and partnership taxation and focuses on cross border tax planning and taxation of cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions and related issues, including investment fund formation and private equity transactions, the firm said.
