The Dutch cabinet is taking action to ensure that more passengers flying in private jets will pay air passenger tax, according to statement.
- Government to lower the weight limit so that passengers on 82% of flights using private jets will pay air passenger tax
- Currently 60% of flights with private jets pay air passenger tax
- Measure to take effect from Jan. 1, 2025
- Measure will not impact transfer passengers and AirRail passengers
