New York advisory firm EisnerAmper announced its latest merger Thursday, saying it plans to close a deal to combine with Raleigh-based Hughes Pittman & Gupton LLP in the spring.
EisnerAmper Vice Chair of Industries and Markets Jay Weinstein said the firm has been eyeing a number southern cities and that Raleigh was high on the list for its Research Triangle and the private equity and life sciences technology space.
