The US has shown “positive signals” in engaging in international tax cooperation at the OECD, according to a senior European Commission official.
There are “clear, positive signals that new US administration will continue to engage with the Inclusive Framework, and more broadly on tax issues,” Bert Zuijdendorp, in charge of company tax initiatives at the commission’s tax department, said Thursday at an event in Brussels.
