European Commission Approves Amendments to Ireland Film Tax Relief Regime Introducing Virtual Effects Uplift

The European Commission May 4 issued State Aid Case Decision No. SA.122129, approving amendments to Ireland’s film tax relief regime, introducing a visual effects uplift.
