Dmitri Zdobnõh has joined Eversheds Sutherland Ots&Co as a partner in Estonia, the firm said Monday.
He advises clients in the fields of corporate, contract, finance and tax law, Eversheds Sutherland said.
His experience includes advising companies on listing, licensing of financial services firms, financing, and mergers and acquisitions, according to the firm.
