Financial Accounting Foundation Names Four to Board of Trustees

Lara Abrash, Luis Aguilar, Pratik Bhatt, and Paul Quinsee are joining the Financial Accounting Foundation Board of Trustees on Jan. 1, the foundation announced Tuesday.

Abrash is the chair of Deloitte US, FAF said. She is also a member of Deloitte Global’s board of directors and chair of the Deloitte Foundation, which supports education through a different initiatives.

Aguilar previously was a commissioner at the Securities and Exchange Commission from 2008 to 2015. He works at the intersection of cybersecurity, investor protection, and publicly traded companies, the foundation said.
