Finland Drafts Law on Exchange of Global Minimum Tax Information

Finland’s Ministry of Finance on Monday proposed a law to adopt EU legislation that allows the automatic exchange of global minimum tax information between European countries.

The EU legislation, known as DAC9, aims to reduce the administrative burden for multinational companies, allowing them to file one global minimum tax return to one jurisdiction for the multinational group instead of 27 European countries.
