The Finnish Official Gazette Dec. 31, 2025, published Notice No. 75/2025, announcing that the addendum to the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the automatic exchange of information (AEOI) for financial accounts under the common reporting standard (CRS), signed by Finland Nov. 26, 2024, applies from Jan. 1, 2026. The notice also provides that the first exchanges will occur in 2027, for information from tax year 2026. [Finland, Government Legal Database, 12/31/25]
