The Finnish Official Gazette Dec. 31, 2025, published Notice No. 76/2025, announcing that the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Information on Income Earned Through Digital Platforms (DPI-MCAA), signed by Finland Nov. 9, 2022, applies from Jan. 1, 2026. The notice also provides that the first exchanges will occur in 2027, for information from tax year 2026. [Finland, Government Legal Database, 12/31/25]
