The Finnish Ministry of Finance March 13 announced the president’s approval of a proposal to suspend the 1996 DTA and 2000 protocol with Russia due to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict. The suspension will take effect July 1. [Finland, Ministry of Finance, 03/13/26]
