Florida DOR Adopts Amended Rule on Reporting Tax Violations, Compensation Claims

The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) adopted amendments to the rule outlining procedures for submitting information on tax law violations and claiming compensation. The rule specifies that information must be submitted in writing to the Tax Violations and Rewards Process, either by mail or in person at a DOR Service Center.
