The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed amendments to the rules on sales for export and public use forms. The proposal includes requiring DOR to report zero sales tax rates for eligible certified addresses with unique zip codes, establishing documentation requirements for forwarding agents, and updating various tax forms.
