Florida DOR Publishes 2026 Solid Mineral Tax Rates for Producers

The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) published tax information on solid mineral tax rates for mineral producers in the state, effective Jan. 1 through Dec. 31. The publication includes the following tax rates: 1) $1.61 per ton for phosphate rock producers; and 2) $3.80 per ton for heavy minerals producers. [Fla.
