Luisella Perri has joined the tax practice group and health care and life sciences sector of Foley & Lardner LLP in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.
Perri focuses on federal tax laws and regulations regarding tax-exempt financing, according to Foley.
She represents issuers, borrowers, commercial lending institutions, developers, and investors, Foley said.
