Foley & Lardner Recruits Partner to California Taxation Practice

Rishi Sodhi has joined Foley & Lardner as a partner in the tax practice group in Los Angeles, Calif., the firm said Monday.

As a transactional tax attorney, Sodhi’s practice centers on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments, according to Foley & Lardner.

Sodhi represents both private equity funds and public multinational corporations on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, said the firm.
