Former IRS employee Rodney Quinn Rupe has been indicted on charges he stole more than $2 million worth of tax credits from Exxon Mobil Corp.
Rupe, 46, of Syracuse, Utah faces eleven counts including wire fraud, mail fraud, bank fraud and theft of government, according to the indictment filed in the US District Court for Utah on Wednesday. His initial appearance is scheduled for July 3.
