France’s Le Maire: Global Accord on Digital Tax Must Be Binding

French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire says a U.S. proposal for an optional global digital tax is unacceptable and the solution negotiated at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development must be binding.
