Georgia Enacts Law Amending Probate Court Fees

The Georgia Governor signed a law that amends Chapter 11, of Title 47, of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, to grant the Board of Commissioners of the Judges of the Probate Courts Retirement Fund authority to set monthly member dues between $105 and $150.
