Germany MOF Posts Draft Regulation to Update List of Participating Jurisdictions Under MCAA-CRS

The German Ministry of Finance April 8 posted online a draft regulation to update the list of participating jurisdictions under the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the automatic exchange of financial account information (AEOI) under the common reporting standard (CRS). The updated list includes: 1) Rwanda; 2) Senegal; and 3) Trinidad and Tobago. The regulation would enter into force the day after promulgation. [Germany, Ministry of Finance, 04/08/26]
