Gray Reed Announces New Attorney Promotions to Partner, Counsel

Gray Reed & McGraw LLP has promoted Scott Bayer and Joshua Smeltzer to partner and Emily Radke to counsel in Texas, the law firm said Tuesday.

Bayer has experience preparing wealth transfer agreements such as wills, revocable trusts, and generation skipping transfer trusts, said Gray Reed.

Smeltzer, previously a litigator for the US Department of Justice, defends clients in tax audits, litigation, and tax appeals, according to the firm.

Emily Radke advises on estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning, and trust and estate administration, said the firm.
