Greenberg Traurig Names Kacymirow as Head of Warsaw Tax Practice

Maciej Kacymirow was appointed head of the tax practice in the Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig, the firm announced Monday.

Kacymirow advises private equity firms, multinational corporations, and public companies on fiscal matters, corporate law, and complex business transactions. He provides guidance on assessing and optimizing tax liabilities for cross-border restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital market activities, the firm said.
