H&R Block Files Suit Against Block, Formerly Known as Square

H&R Block, a tax preparation and financial services company, said it has filed a lawsuit against Block Inc., formerly known as Square Inc., saying it is seeking “to confuse customers by misappropriating the Block brand name.”
