White House hopeful Kamala Harris’ tax proposals are hewing closely to those from President Joe Biden, with a few key differences.
After spending nearly four years as Biden’s vice president, Harris is taking his lead on such proposals as raising the corporate rate and not raising taxes on earners making less than $400,000.
