Holland & Hart’s Bender Named Administrative Partner in Denver

Jon Bender was appointed by Holland & Hart as administrative partner of its Denver office, the firm announced Monday.

Bender is a commercial and tax litigation partner and is a member of the firm’s diversity and inclusion committee,the firm said.

In his practice, Bender advises clients from the mining, real estate development, oil and gas, health care, hospitality, entertainment, and financial services industries. He litigates breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and fraud-based claims, and has successfully tried multiple cases to judgment and verdict.
