Holland & Knight Adds Kyle Wingfield as Tax Partner in Virginia

Kyle Wingfield joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its tax, executive compensation, and benefits practice group in Richmond, Va., the firm announced Wednesday.

Wingfield provides full-service representation to publicly traded companies, privately held businesses, and their owners on federal, state, and local tax matters. He regularly advises clients on complex transactional matters, planning opportunities, and tax controversies involving income taxes, sales and use taxes, and business license and personal property taxes, the firm said.

He joins from Williams Mullen.
